Personal information provided during the registration process will be stored in the BiologyGuide.net database. To protect your password it will be encrypted before it is sent to the database. All information provided will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, although, BiologyGuide.net cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

Message Board: Responsibility of Posts
All messages found on the BiologyGuide.net forum express the views and opinions of the author. BiologyGuide.net will not be held liable and is not responsible for the content of these messages (except for posts by BiologyGuide.net). You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Please note that the IP address of all posts is stored in the database of BiologyGuide.net and can be used to identify you. BiologyGuide.net is allowed to remove, edit, or close any topics at any time for any reason.

Termination of your Account
Your registration will continue until it expires, until terminated by BiologyGuide.net, or until you provide notice to BiologyGuide.net of your decision to terminate. BiologyGuide.net may discontinue or change the Service or its availability to you, at any time without notice. BiologyGuide.net may remove users from courses if they have not accessed the course within any consecutive three (3) years time period. You understand that if removed from a course as a result of inactivity you will need to repeat the request process for the product again.
